Edgar Degas
When the Avengers Campus was announced I knew that I wanted to be a part of it and that I wanted to express my interest in more than just a form application. So I had the idea to create a 'Case Study' journal of someone who had the ability, via a time stone, to travel throughout time and was assigned to study influential figures, in this case Walt Disney. This project involved not only writing and editing but the use of invisible ink 'reports' the the home office and bookbinding to make the whole idea come together.

This was my first year doing the duck decoration. Since the Avengers Campus had just opened I wanted to do something to celebrate my new home. Lots of paint and some stencils later I had my duck.
This year I went all out and definitely not water race worthy. I threaded over two hundred (I lost count at one point) fiber optics through holes I had punched in the duck's body to simulate the lights on the Main Street Electrical Parade floats. I also mounted him on a platform and rigged it so that at the press of a button it would play the Main Street Electrical Parade music.
This one was done very last minute and a testament as to what can be accomplished in a short amount of time. The duck was painted silver with a purple "lanyard" and a tuft of colored styrofoam to simulate popcorn.
